Under the Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) program, there are times when there are two successive group eligibilities for a single participant. This tool helps TAA grantees to understand how these individuals with multiple petition numbers will be reported under the PIRL, and how that is different from the reporting under the TAPR.
