In response to the Equity Executive Order (EO 13985), ETA worked with the Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG) to assess factors related to the quality of the demographic data provided by the states for WIOA programs. MSG with states to understand their processes and potential factors affecting the collection of demographic data from respondents. MSG will report on their findings and provide insights developed from this effort and reaffirm the importance of demographic data collection.
