TEGL 3-18: ETP Performance Reporting

About

TEGL 3-18 explains the WIOA sec 116(d)(4) and 116(d)(6)(b) requirements for reporting Eligible Training Provider (ETP) performance data to the Department. As a part of that, the guidance explains how and when states must do this, in accordance with the templates and definitions codified in the WIOA Joint Performance ICR that was finalized on 3/12/18 (OMB control no 1205-0526).
