ETP All Students Performance Reporting Waiver Desk Reference
About
Since the start of Eligible Training Provider (ETP) Performance Reporting under WIOA, ETA has issued to many states a waiver of the requirement to report on the performance of all students in each program of study on the ETP list. A waiver of these requirements allows the state to collect and report data on WIOA-funded students only. This desk reference provides technical assistance on implementing this waiver and reminds states of its upcoming expiration.
