Employment and Training Administration (ETA) released updated guidance to grant recipients of the U.S. Department of Labor workforce programs, including states, to use in developing procedures for ensuring the data submitted for performance reporting are valid and reliable. These technical updates will align the guidance to changes made to the information collection requests associated with these programs’ performance data collection as well as clarifying edits based on commonly asked questions.
ETA staff will provide a broad overview of the key revisions of TEGL 23-19, Change 1, touch on what remains the same, and address program specific highlights.
