Guide: Reporting Co-Enrollment

About

In this guide, grantees can learn about how to accurately report on participants that are co-enrolled depending on the specific scenario that applies to the participant and grantee reporting on them, including definitions of several key terms related to co-enrollment and relevant PIRL elements for this reporting.

This guide is intended for use by any ETA grantee that is responsible for submitting grant performance reports to ETA via the Workforce Integrated Performance System (WIPS) and that has participants co-enrolled in more than one grant or program. It includes very high level and granular descriptions, and should answer most questions grantees might have related to reporting co-enrollment.
